I believe passionately in wellbeing, the mind body connection and lifelong learning. I use an adaptation of the Perma Model for wellbeing (Seligman 2011) with a focus on:

What is Positive Psychology?
This field of psychology focuses on the strengths that enable and empower individuals and communities to thrive and flourish. There is a focus on the individual self to live a fulfilling and balanced life. It provides an evidence-based practice in promoting well-being and I am very interested in how this then grows and cultivates beyond self to grow and sustain compassionate communities.
What is coaching?
Coaching is empowering someone to unlock their potential. The innovate coaching I offer allows individuals to develop and achieve their goals away from their normal environment and receive the support they need. Coaching and coaching psychology is integrated into everything that I do.
What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy helps clients understand how their thoughts and feelings affect their behaviour to understand how they are connected. To be able to then change these negative patterns that are causing the current issues.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is the combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT).
I use a creative application of hypnotherapy, where I am socializing my clients to relate to their world, understanding that it is not the events that are affecting us but the way we think about them.
What is Energy Psychology?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, Energy Psychology) is a meridian therapy which is often called emotional acupuncture.
It is a psychological acupressure technique, and can gently and powerfully release negative feelings from the system.
Matrix Reimprinting has evolved from EFT. It can be used to transform memories. It does not deny it happened. A very powerful technique where the memory can be transformed.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a science of human understanding, revealing how we work. It is a science because it involves investigation and testing.
We are able to notice what is happening. Through yoga I encourage mindfulness through our moment to moment awareness during the postures.
The pillar and facets of mindfulness include: paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally. Our internal attitude when practicing mindfulness is: non-judging, patience, beginner’s mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance and letting go.
These can all guide our sessions and we will also understand how to cope with stress responding vs reacting and consider the impact on the body. As stress is toxic to our body.
It can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve overall health and wellbeing and with a variety of other areas including relaxation and feeling overwhelmed.
What is Neuroscience?
Neuroscience is put simply the study of our nervous system and I am particularly interested in the brain to help us understand the mind more. By understanding and using the latest research it supports and drives my innovate coaching to empower change for my clients.
What is Neuro Linguistic Programming(NLP)?
NLP is used as a method of personal development through promoting skills, such as self-reflection, confidence, and communication.
